This Company has some of the Highest Interest I Found; BEWARE
Be Careful Using This Company – Do Your Research First The first time I used this company, I was simply grateful they were there to help me out of a tight spot. The process was incredibly easy because they appear as an “approved vendor” within eXp’s SkySlope system. As soon as I submitted a transaction, a button popped up that said “Advance Your Commission Today.” Naturally, I assumed that if a company was integrated directly into SkySlope and associated with eXp, it must be reputable and fairly priced. I trusted that eXp wouldn’t place a predatory lender directly into their platform. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise. On my second transaction, the commission was $98,000. When I clicked the advance button, they would only approve $5,800. This deal had $300,000 in non-refundable earnest money, had already cleared major hurdles, and was less than two weeks from closing. I went back to them with additional documentation—contacts, due diligence details, confirmation of deposited and non-refundable earnest money—and requested a $10,000 advance. Shockingly, they approved only $1,200. In hindsight, thank goodness they didn’t approve more, because once I started researching other options, I realized just how expensive their fees actually are. Compared to every other company I looked at, their rates were the highest by far. In many cases, you end up paying almost double what other commission advance companies charge. The biggest issue is that once you use them, you’re essentially locked in. Other companies typically won’t touch the transaction until their advance is fully settled, which limits your options moving forward. Just because a company appears inside SkySlope or is labeled as an “approved vendor” does NOT mean they’re the best option—or even a good one. From what I can tell, companies often pay to be integrated into platforms like this. After doing real research, I found another company that is also an eXp partner with excellent customer service, far better approval amounts, and much more reasonable fees. For example, on a $66,000 commission, I requested $10,000 and had the funds the same day, with the option to advance more if needed. If you’re considering a commission advance, do yourself a favor and shop around first. Don’t assume the option built into SkySlope is the best one available. In my experience, there are far better and far less expensive alternatives out there. Once the two deals I currently have with them close, I will not be using this company again.

Peace of Mind
As a Realtor, we depend on commissions that don't always meet the same timeline when the bills are due.
