Where you could use a little improvement is your website. Most businesses in your industry have their websites setup to be interactive so as your making choices you can see exactly how the unit will look before placing an order.

My experience was great. The sales woman that I had Jessica was absolutely phenomenal. The quality of the product was great, the only complaint I had was on the website. The award looked like it was quite a bit bigger than what it was when I actually received it. But other than that, I am extremely happy.

It was wonderful working with Edco.They understand what I wanted, quickly sent the artistic sample and delivered the final trophy perfectly. They also handled an emergency situation requiring expedited delivery and I got the trophy in plenty of time.
