My order was a difficult one because the inscription was in a foreign language containing many diacritical marks (such as ô, ó, à, á, å, ü, and č).
EDCO completed it perfectly, without a single error, and delivered the merchandise in just four days.
I would also like to especially thank Gloria Sejas for her outstanding assistance throughout the process. She was highly professional, courteous, patient, and attentive to every detail. Gloria made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish, and her excellent customer service gave me complete confidence that my order was in good hands.
Their attention to detail, accuracy, and fast turnaround were truly impressive.
Our organization needed to order awards for our Board of Directors and had an extremely tight timeline to have them completed. The order had to be delayed a couple of days, and I was very stressed they would not arrive on time for our presentation. Our sales associate, Alison, stayed in touch consistently through the process, and overnight shipped the awards in order for them to arrive on time. Highly recommend!
