would not recommend this company, does not respond to emails regarding purchased items, seems only interested in you if buying something.

so sorry that you had this experience,
We replied to your email of 17/10/2022 on the 23/10/2022. We asked for a video showing what the issue was, You responded on the 24/10/2022 but did not send a video. We then responded on 24/10/2022 explaining why we needed a video. We have not heard from you since then.
Ultimately, it looks like you were not happy with the purchase.
We have sent you another email. we are happy to work with you to resolve whatever issue you may be having.

Seems a great little product
Seems a great little product, good price point compared to others I looked at.
Delivery was much faster than expected.
I bought a portable solar system with the compact solar panel and its of very high quality. We took it out camping and it worked a treat for us to charge phones etc. I even got sent a complimentary solar motion sensor light for outdoors with my order,I haven't installed that yet but I'm sure it will be good as well.

Eden sent my 300W order through EVRI…
Eden sent my 300W order through EVRI and it got stolen by the EVRI staff, they delivered an empty box.
Eden however sent me a replacement within days. Happy with that, but encourage them to use a better courier.

Value for Money
The 2000W portable power station was advertised to be a reliable off-grid multi-powered inverter and battery storage system however only on delivery, did I realise how compact it is!
Eden Lotus' team were helpful with setting up the box and I was able to plug and play as easily as I was advised. Good thing that the box charges in about an hour with electicity supply from the grid and then I use it to power the house during the daytime.
