We offer FREE shipping with USPS, expedited 2nd Day and Overnight shipping with FedEx. We have a 12PM MST cut-off time for all FedEx shipping orders to meet proper scheduled delivery. You placed your Thursday 10/23 order at 12:02PM MST. You placed your prior order Thursday 5/22 order at 2:32PM MST Both orders were past our 12:00PM MST deadline for FedEx Overnight shipping.
