Definitely life itself, the people I'm inspired by and the fact that every loss is actually a step forward. As for the EDU courses, here I can confirm that how to motivate the older people in the team and mentoring helped me a lot. Our company where I work is now doing some very interesting workshops and training on company culture, which is really moving us forward as a team. Being happy is everyone's decision :-)

It suits me to the maximum except for the 4 hour limit
It suits me to the maximum that I can choose my study speed, the 4 hours between individual blocks limit me a bit. I often go through the entire course in LinkedIn, then go through the tests in EDU and Microlearning... and it actually delays me. In addition, I completed almost half of the topics at university or another study, I am able to pass the exam significantly faster and then devote time to something new.
