Ordered 2 half smoked hams for Easter. It was delicious and more than wonderful. I did freeze some of it and left some in the fridge. Our go to for sandwiches, dinners, omelets and just a quick way to add to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Bought the Hawaiian butter roles and had them with Dijon mustard - just delicious. The ham was tender and moist for weeks after and I highly recommend ordering from this company. The real deal!!

It is rare to find a smokehouse that stays true to such authentic, time-honored techniques. The quality of the meat is incredible—you can really taste the care and the curing process in every bite. It’s a huge step up from anything you can find at a standard grocery store. If you appreciate a traditional, artisanal product, this is the place to order from.

Delivered on time, it was a hit at our Easter gathering. A bit pricey but very good. Will buy the country ham thin slices again. A perfect way to serve country ham. A little goes a long way and pre-sliced is super convenient.

The response for delivery was great! The ham was great just what I wanted. The biscuits are good more for a side the consistency is not exactly what I expected. I would like an option to purchase the ham by itself. Overall I would order again. 😁

The flavor was great but the cut of the ham wasn’t. Instead of being able to slice the meat in nice thin slices it basically crumbled and wouldn’t slice. It wasn’t like one cut of meat but more like 3 small cuts clumped together. I’ve had these hams in the past and they were perfect. This was just disappointing (and embarrassing) for Easter dinner.
