If I could leave zero stars I would- horrible experience
If I could leave zero stars I would. For the weight loss GLP-1 I completed the first part and then went to finish up the medical questionnaire and realized I could not get a copy of my current script. They had already charged my card for $275 ($100 over the agreed-upon price) and now they’re saying it will take up to five business days to give me my money back even though I tried to cancel it immediately after, and per their own policy, my card was not supposed to be charged until the order went to the pharmacy. I also ordered hormones and apparently it takes the pharmacy seven days to process an order. So if you’re needing your medication quickly? Do not use this company. In fact, just don’t use them at all. There are so many other companies out there. Please do yourself a favor and use one of them instead!!

I've been using Effecty now for a year or so. I've lost over 30 lbs with Trizepatide alternative. I've also used the B12 shots they helped me w my energy levels. The customer service is great. They reply quickly and are understanding. The delivery service is quick. I highly recommend Effecty for weight loss and not just weight loss they offer many different products.

I have been with Effecty for 7 weeks now and I’m seeing such amazing results in such a short period of time! If I have any concerns they are always there to answer me. I’m so glad I chose them in my weight loss journey!
Do not expect customer service
I changed to this company after being on terzepatide for 6 months. I filled out the questionnaire and did not have my present dose handy. It claims you can enter it later. You CANNOT alter or change answers on the intake form !! I received immediate confirmation and a prescription for a starter dose! They charged me $750. I again, immediately questioned the provider and called customer service to stop the transaction before shipment . I expected to be able to ask questions as it states in the website and that’s how my other company worked. You actually “ talked” to someone before expediting an order . It also claimed I would be injecting twice a week which I clearly did not want to do . The voicemail states all of their members are busy assisting other customers and will call back as soon as possible. No one ever ever called back! Fed ex was supposed to deliver the meds . Waited 3 days with cancelled deliveries from Fed Ex. We were in a heatwave in 93 degree heat. My meds arrived warm and ice packs clearly melted. Again , another problem although they stated the med would be fine - hell no! 3 weeks went by before someone called me- I disputed the charge and am waiting on a resolution. The lack of response via provider , customer service, email , phone is the worst! Do not use this scamming company . Also, dispute is reopened because this company states they sent the meds which is not the problem . The underlying problem is the incorrect dose of which I cannot take because I was previously on the med. 4minutes after receiving confirmation, phone calls, texts a messages were sent to stop the expedition and question the dose and frequency of prescription. No One called me to clarify !!You cannot access intake form to change or add dose even though it states you can add it later. As “ professionals” how can you not question the patient on prior dose before establishing a proper medical evaluation?
