This was my first time using E-File Magic and I was pleased with their service. I think it might be easier next time - and possibly I can do two different kinds of 1099s in the same "trip" without having to start over for the second one.

I have been using E-file Magic for several years with many clients. It is very easy to use and now the state SPEC option availability makes it even easier. I had an issue with one of the files and Sean, their CPA, was able to get it back to me immediately. I was impressed.
All of my 1099 information was there from the previous year submission. I made the edits for the current year and submitted. This was my 3rd year using E-File Magic and it went seamlessly. I will continue using them every year for my 1099's.
Easy to use. Our accounting software doesn't have a tool to file 1099 directly from the system. E-file is the perfect solution for that. I'm sure there are cheaper ways to do it, but when time is limited, E-file is straight and easy to use. They send notifications of the filing status, every time it changes. The template file helps making sure you are not missing anything.
I've used may 1099 services before but this was by far the easiest and most straightforward to use. I enjoy the option to either import from a template or manually create the 1099 right in the software. 10/10 I would recommend.
E-File Magic is a super simple process! I have been using it for our company 1099s for a few years now and absolutely no hiccups. Easy to download spreadsheet to fill out with all of our information and then upload back into E-File Magic. With a click of a button, it's virtually done! Highly recommend!!
