As a chef that has worked in the field…

As a chef that has worked in the field for years and is currently re-certifying I must say that I am pleased with the training. The training covered a good range of topics that I would want a person that was entering the food service industry to know. However, it wasn't too bogged down with literature and had enough interesting pictures and quizzes along the way that your average food service worker (that perhaps is not very interested in food in the future but just wants a job to supplement their life) would want to follow along instead of look at their phones. Thank You!
