Have recipient check their promotions folder!
The process was easy to search, check out, and schedule the ecard delivery. My only complaint is that the emailed gift card ended up in the recipient's promotions folder. Since many people, including the person I sent it to, don't check their promotions folder, I had to follow up with them to make sure they found it.

Purchases, sometimes complete, sometimes don't
Purchases, for no reason given, don't always go through. This makes eGrifter very unreliable. When I try to get an Apple Card, for instance, my credit card gets charged but then gets reimbursed a few minutes later. According to my credit card company, the problem with the purchase is at the eGifter end, but the eGifter website in my account does not explain why the purchase didn't complete. Very frustrating!

Ecard easy to send
After I figured out how to use the website it was easy. Sending an ecard is so much nicer as you know they will receive the card immediately. I sent the card in the mail, a month later it still has not been received. If you live i. Another state this ecard is the way to go.
