At first I had trouble using the gift card but Pavan the customer service agent helped me out and it worked. Saved a lot of money and it's in addition to all the other discounts. Felt like I was stealing almost lol.

Stay away, you will loose the money Same like most other people. If you try to use the cards after 24 hours and they do not work, to bad. They defend with their 24 hour guarantee but do not state that after 24 hour your cards might not work and you are out of money. They must have had a bunch of chargebacks on creditcards because you can only pay with zelle. So you never get the money back. Clearly a nice scam they are running. Will keep an eye out for a class action in the future. Lost $95 in Outback gift cards

Highest discount for an Apple gift card I found anywhere. Even with paying through Zelle, I got my GC within minutes. I used the online chat to ask a question after I thought the card was not working, and the customer service rep I talked with was so kind and quickly talked me through what I needed to do differently- worked perfectly after!

Bought a $50 Outback gift certificate and after only 10 days when I tried to use found out it was invalid! Contacted EJ Gift cards and they said sorry, only had a 24hr warranty. I said NO, I had a 30-day warranty and sent them a screen shot to prove. No matter, they said NO REFUND!

We’ve taken a look at your claim and as per our investigation, we see that you have submitted the claim outside of our 24 Hours guarantee policy due to which we will not be able to provide any refund/replacement for the Gift card. As per our guarantee policy which is 1-30 days we will do all that is required for the customer when they contact us within that guarantee period. Order cannot be submitted by the customer without accepting our spend policy Agreement.

I have purchased nearly $700 worth of gift cards at this point and they work every time! Great customer service as well. I was initially hesitant to use this website since they only take Zelle as opposed to credit cards but now I don't worry at all because my experience with them has been flawless.

This company stole from me. I immediately reported a card that I could not use and then went on vacation. I came back into town only to receive notification to submit the request online. I submitted the request online and was denied a refund, due to a technicality: I didn't submit online in time! Don't let them steal your money!! BEWARE!! Many other discount gift card sites have amazing customer service like Card Cookie and Raise - incredible customer service: they don't make you jump through hoops if you have an issue.

I originally wrote a good review for this site. I was asked to do so after a few good transactions, and as soon as I wrote them a good review, they scammed me. As soon as they scammed me, I found out how they have actually scammed so many others. This company is a fraud and will scam you eventually too. They purposely watch and wait for their buyers to go outside of what is now a shameful 24-hour guarantee period for nearly all of their gift cards. As soon as you are outside of that window, they wipe your gift card balance clean. Your gift cards ALLLLL will magically have a zero balance as soon as your guarantee period ends. It is not possible that this happens any other way except that the company selling them is taking and spending them. Nothing else makes sense. And then as soon as you reach out to them, though it be very near to the time of your purchase, to report that the gift cards have no balance, you will get a response that is something like this, “Sorry, you are outside of your guarantee window. There’s nothing we can do.” That is it. Pathetic that this company is literally ripping off their own patrons. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, no matter how tempting their discounts our. AND report them to the Better Business Bureau if they have scammed and ripped you off, like they have to myself and many others! Please go to other websites like giftcardwiki.com and leave reviews and get the word out about them so they cannot do this to other people. They need to be shut down! It is not right.

I have been using EJGiftcards for a few months now. The discounts are generous and the service is impeccable. Some other folks seem to find the payment mode inconvenient but that helps keep the price low.
