I received my GrubHub gift card within minutes of sending the payment. The process of buying it requires a few steps. I had to send a payment through Zelle and include a confirmation number in the notes section. I will buy more gift cards and I recommend EJgiftcards.

Quite of a bit of Steps but Giftcard Recieved

I was hesitating about sending payment through Zelle, it asked for a name for the email and when I entered the name of the company, it prompted me to verify the name for the account was Harry. I sent anyways and shortly after I received the email to access the card securely. There’s a couple hoops to jump through but it was successful.

Charged for rejected transaction, slow response to complaint

I attempted to purchase gift cards on the site, having previously done so successfully. The transaction was Rejected with no explanation. I received an email confirming the rejection, but still no explanation. However, the Zelle transaction still completed. In spite of numerous phone calls (ALWAYS "The person you are calling is on the phone") and voicemail messages as well as an email, I had not received a refund after 10 days. I finally obtained a refund by leaving a message via their Facebook page. I will avoid the site until they accept other forms of payment besides bitcoin or Zelle, which are considered the same as cash, which means your bank cannot make them pay it back.

Pleasantly surprised!! Easy to use, purchase, and pay for. Received eCard’s (I purchased almost ten cards in a single transaction) almost immediately as soon as Zelle payment was processed. Will definitely use again!!!

The Experience with the customer support team is very quick and effective especially with the one i had with pavan. I had some issue with my card and claim process is so easy and effective. Its great to know about this website which can be used for higher discounts on gift cards. Helps us save a lot of amount.

Had my doubts but ej trustworthy

I wasn’t to sure at the beginning. But I read the reviews and I bought a gift card an thing turn out great.

Giftcards worked fine.

I've bought gift cards from them for a while now, no problems with the gift cards so far. All the codes worked. Their prices are very competitive which makes them one of the first place I check when I need a gift card. The system is a bit wonky, it cancels orders automatically sometimes. But they manually process the orders after a while which is a bit inconvenient if you need the gift cards instantly. So far I'd give it a 5/5 from my experience.

Bought 8 $25 CVS e-gift cards. None of them could be verified as good on CVS.COM website. I asked that all 8 be replaced. One was replaced in two days, good timing, but it too was bad.

Both gift cards have been cancelled. Had to e-mail with a screenshot of zelle transaction in order to get my gift card. Pain in the butt... the only reason it is 2 stars and not 1 is second time they responded almsot right away.

I am shocked to see bad reviews! I have bought MANY MANY gift cards and only had issues with a fraction of them. The claims team jumped on these immediately with an investigation and reissued the cards quickly. (I think they have so few issues that they are waiting for some "action" and they all jump on it. Lol!) I recommend them highly!! You won't go wrong.
