Waiting on permission to return purchase
I'm still waiting for you to process my return request. The switched power cord wasn't able to power our product which is just a 30mm computer fan. The shipping was slow and I still don't have a reply. We are a very small business and this cost is difficult to absorb.

Dual Axis TT DC Gear Motor - 1:90
Only supplier that I could locate for Dual Axis TT DC Gear Motor - 1:90 needed for a domino layer project. Great price on this and other items in my order. Delivery was 20 days; not really unexpected. A week of that was after arriving with US shipping partner.

Did not receive my product
I am surprised to receive this evaluation request, since I have nothing to evaluate! I ordered the product on 12 December, and it was supposed to arrive 15 days after. A month of delay is not that bad. To be constructive, I propose that you ask me the evaluation in 2 weeks. If I do not receive the product yet, why sending it again using DHL service. I am ready to pay the extra price.
