The product was faulty. I continued to get an Err 3 code after 15/20 min after being turned on. Freezer component never got cold. Was sent two cords, one there is no outlet on the cooler to accommodate, so it was useless. Cooker was purchased for an event and was an epic fail.
It was better than described. Everything came complete in boxes. Easy setup, tool included. As far as the company, excellent communications and tracking. Packages arrived within 6 business days from ordering. Money well spent on a quality product. Will be ordering another coup for my chickens but my cats love being outside while being safe and protected from the sun and weather. 1000% satisfied.
We love our new shed. Fits perfect, easy to assemble. Just what was described. Ordering online was easy. Free shipping and great communication about delivery notifications. It came quickly.
I accidentally put in wrong shipping address and did not notice until order was placed. I could not call them because there was not a number to call. I emailed them on a Sunday night late. The next morning I had a response and the issue had been corrected. It was a big relief to solving my problem. I do wish there was a way to call but having a quick response was the next best thing.

This animal pen is fantastic! Easy to put together, everything is enclosed in 2 boxes. The Company itself gave fast delivery tracking and was delivered in 6 working days. My CATS (I know it a coup but they don't) love being outside with no danger of them bothering the neighbors. GREAT product, and Great seller. I will recommend this product to everyone who wants a little outside freedom for their animals .BTW I will order another this spring for chickens.

The FJ4 was exactly what we hoped it would be. Our grandson absolutely loves it. The only thing I would suggest would be that when ordering let customer know that it will be shipped in two boxes. We were unaware and our grandson didn't understand that everything wasn't in one box. I wrote in and got a very quick response and second box came the next day. Thank you again
