My appointment went very good. It was easy to talk to the Doctor and my appointment was quick and easy to get my Medical Marijuana Card approved . I’ve struggled with MS, Fibromyalgia, and I live in chronic pain every day. I’m Praying for GOD and MMC to help ease my pain so I can get my quality of life back. It was simple not hard at all. I did have to call for password got a nice lady on phone not AI person. She was kind and helped right away, was on hold long at all. When I got home I rescheduled my appointment for a quicker time frame that worked best for me. Appointment was smooth I will not use any one else for my card . Keep it easy for us older people who have a hard time working modern gagets. Thank you for your service and respect and helpfulness.

The customer service people are great. I needed to call a couple of times with questions. They were polite, professional and most helpful. From the time that I saw the doctor to the time my state notified me that I was legal to go purchase medical marijuana was around 20 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results.
