Sustains: Active moderators in the FB group that hold guys accountable. Great climate of support. Trickles in module releases. Live sessions. Tools are practical, quick to use, and effective when done correctly. Improves: Please do live sessions on weekdays at later times in the day CTD. Almost always at work, and I'm sure other men feel the same.
