This is my 5th mute in a row. I LOVE how these feel once broken in. Pretty good board feel too. I notice a significant difference when skating stairs and gaps compared to vulcs. The grip is on point, the flicks feel amazing. Takes about 2 seshes to break in but even when not broken in these feel great and don’t hinder tricks. Only downside for me is some reason my Ollie’s tear up normally where kickflips tend to tear up the shoe. So layered stitching just blows holes pretty fast compared to the rest of the shoe/sole for me. However I apply shoe goo once for prevention and it lasts and once the shoe goo is gone that area evens out with the sole/rest of the shoe. I’m eagerly awaiting a cup sole one piece toe cap from emerica.

The day my shoes came in

The day my shoes came in I instantly popped the box open and tested them out the exact same day! Love the feel of them only thing I wish was the soles were removable and the shoes strings were more durable. Besides that they fit perfectly and comfy, I love to skate big gaps so seeing how the impact would be on my feet was the first test. An I must say they passed the test! I'll most definitely be trying out other Emerica shoes to officially put them in my favorite shoes to skate!

The shoes are matchless in almost every way. The durability and board feel are where it’s at with emerica!! However, the perforated pad in the bottom often breaks up before the shoe is actually worn out. It may seem small but its painful to land without that thing!

Shipping was quick and the shoes are fantastic. I don't skate any more but I still enjoy wearing skate shoes for drumming. The hobans give great pedal feel and I'm sure they would skate well

Absolutely love the shoes, insoles are dog water.

Absolutely love the shoes, the insoles are basically a sheet of paper. Could spend a little more time on that creative side in my opinion. First thing I did was rip them out and put some Remind Insoles in em. Maybe you could collaborate with them and make some banger shoes!

The shoes are so nice and they are so grippy for skateboarding. 10/10 I highly recommend. I go through shoes pretty frequent but these are holding up. They are really comfortable too. If you are looking for skate shoes, look no further cause these are it. The width is really nice too, they don't have small toe room.

Emerica is holding it down as far as OG skate shoes companies go! They're still making quality skate shoes and giving all skaters an option thats not one of the big 5 shoe companies. Been skating Emericas for over 20 years and will gladly skate them for another 20!

Emerican for 20+ years

I've been skating Emericas since the Templeton 1's and Johnson 1's, and I love the new styles. Whether its a cup sole, or a vulcanized sole, they have the best board feel hands down. The price is just right and the delivery is insanely quick. Like very fast I would recommend the new Spanky's or the Leo' skater
