From the first conversation with Agent Kristen Harvey, we found her to be knowledgeable , informative, enthusiastic, and professional. She guided us toward an expedition in Northern Vancouver; of which we had no previous knowledge. And we were thrilled to discover a new location and environment for our expedition. She responds in a timely manner with detailed information. After we booked our trip, she and the finance office were prompt and willing to help us correct a mistake we had made with our credit card. I would highly recommend Enchanting Travels and specifically Kristen Harvey. We are so excited about our upcoming trip!

It was an absolute pleasure working with you to design this incredible North American safari. From grizzlies and spirit bears to orcas and—hopefully—elusive sea wolves, this truly is the trip of a lifetime.
You are going to have a fantastic time exploring the Great Bear Rainforest. I can’t wait to hear all about your Canadian wildlife adventures when you return!

We booked a tour to Patagonia with Enchanting Travels and had a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.
One of the things that impressed us most was how quickly they arranged a personalized video call. This gave us the opportunity to get to know each other and, more importantly, allowed them to understand us as people, our travel style, and what we were hoping to experience. It immediately felt like a genuinely personal service rather than a standard travel booking.
Every question and request was answered promptly, and Julia provided thoughtful, inspirational suggestions that enhanced our itinerary. Throughout the planning process, we felt we were in the hands of experienced professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the region.
The support will continue during our trip. Knowing that we have reliable local contacts available for emergencies or any questions gives us peace of mind. For a destination like Patagonia, where travel can be complex and remote, that level of support was invaluable.
We would not hesitate to recommend Enchanting Travels to anyone looking for a well-organized, personalized, and expertly managed journey.

Bo Crew was very responsive to my brother and me while we planned our trip. He looked into optional activities for us and moved different segments of the trip around so we could experience star gazing at the best time and see the places we most valued.

Made our trip to Japan seamless. They were there from the moment we sent the email inquiring about possibilities, to picking us up at the airport, to finding and recovering lost luggage, finding us while at every train stop, to picking us up at the airport to head home. I have worked with multiple travel agencies and this one was the best.
Reply from Enchanting Travels2026-07-01
