I was looking to get my title for my car.
I was looking to get my title for my vehicle since I just relocated from Ohio to Florida. Since the vehicle was paid off, I had to request a physical title from Ohio personally and ETAGS were unable to help. When I asked if I could get a refund since they were unable to render any services and they did no work and submitted no documentation to the DMV, they said no. All sales are final. Read the fine print and make sure you can utilize their service, because if you pay and then find out they can't help with the service you need, you're SOL.

Very easy process
Very easy process. Website easy to navigate and very simple to understand. I made one mistake on the form, and I was promptly notified and made the correction. Turnaround time very efficient. Very happy with results.

I needed a replacement title and fast to refinance my car, and e-tags was a great place to get one easy and fast. But I must add it was a bit pricey.

Horrible horrible experience
Horrible horrible experience! Services were overpriced...it took longer to process the title transfer than if I had just gone to the DMV...and it's been weeks and I still haven't received my order! Now, I'm being told that someone whose name I've never seen before has accepted delivery of my tag and title and registration!!
