I really can't rate the bike as I have yet to receive it. However I am pleased the carrier is providing updates as to the progress of delivery.

Made an appointment for Nuck to come and check on my etrike due to not charging. He came and hooked up his charger. Then hooked up my charger. It is charging now. Informed me to charge more often. Nick and his wife Nela are the best customer service people I have ever experienced. They are very concerning about there product and the customer. I was the first to purchase one in my park. People would stop me and ask where I got the etrike. Word of mouth is better then tv commercial. There are 3 more trikes in the park. Thank you Nick and Nela

eTrike is locally owned and operated. I always try to support local business. This, however, is not the only factor. When dealing with eTrike, I worked directly with the owner, Nick. Nick is great and he delivered my trike to my home, himself. The product is far superior to any other mobility scooter on the market. The 50-mile range and speed around 20mph, allows me to go anywhere in my entire county. I'm considering getting rid of my car.

I purchased a 2 wheel E Trike from Nick Smith in January 2021, I have had not problem 1 with the bike. Today I got a flat and called Nick for some support, even though his company no longer carry my line of E Trike he was more the willing to help me with my problem, I highly recommend Nick for you electric vehicle needs, thanks again Nick Nate Leddy

We absolutely love our etrike and take it out locally most of the time when possible vs using our cars. Plus, we don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot for we can leave it on the side of sidewalk out of everyone way without any hassle. Another positive - No license or insurance required!!! Go check em out and tell Nick or Nela, that “The Murphys” said hello!!’ You won’t be disappointed & their customer support is excellent when needed!!!!
