I ordered a whistle/compass combo from Everything Promo. James Wilde was very helpful and made sure the order was filled promptly and was able to ship them within 3 weeks. They were given to second graders on a hiking field trip and were a big hit! I would definitely use EP again in the future.

James is a magician at getting the job done! James has always been so incredibly helpful in the discovery phase of trying to figure out what direction we need to move in and then seamlessly pulls it off without a hitch. There have been times when we are in a pinch and he pulls through in the bottom of the 9th and really helps us make a lasting impression with our clients on something nifty so we appreciate him a great deal!

Great customer service from Tommy Dean. He helped from start to finish with pricing, what I needed to do to process the order with the QR codes and quoting the prices for the ink pens. His prompt responses and answering my questions I needed was greatly appreciated. I was also sent the quote and invoice promptly to process the order quickly. Then I was sent the UPS tracking number to track the order which was good to have as well. Tommy also let me know how long it will take to get the pens.
