Hello Tatenda Her visa has been applied on passport basis as Tourist not gcc residence due to low profession to avoid chance of rejection. Please note: residence permit and profession rules does not apply on this visa type as the visa document validity is for 2 months from the date of issue and stay validity will be 30/14 days from date of entry. Please note with this visa she can travel from any port of arrival and even without her sponsor as well. There wont be any issue while your travel. Dear Sara, let me assured you we are not a scam, you might have some confusion here, who asked you for the additional fee? the fee is clear mentioned on the website before proceed with the payment, we have only asked for clear and color photo in your application which is mandatory as you have opted the visa + medical insurance and fee paid by you for the same, please note that this is not the first time you are applying with us, last time you have applied for Sara Aqid, this time you have applied for Miss Zahraa there is process to proceed the each application, we never keep visa for additional document not asked for hotel and air ticket our process is hassle fee, your application was received on 9th May and visa sent to you on 11 May. Without a color front facing photo your visa get rejected as per the UAE immigration new policy, as passport photos are not accepted now. Have a nice day!
