The invites came perfectly packaged, and are of good quality. I liked the paper. There was one invitation set put together for me to see how to put the rest together. I was happy with the delivery time.

bad quality of product
I ordered a ring bearer picture frame and it was damaged, they offer to replace at half price, I order bridesmaid gift bags, they are poor quality and the names were handwritten with a markers, I am not even going to use it, they look cheap. the cake topper is smaller than expected.
Great Product Great Price
I ordered pink totes for all my bridesmaids and they were great quality for the price. They were on sale for about $6 a piece and the they came with their names embroidered on them. The embroidery was very nice. Overall, I was very satisfied with my order and felt like I got a deal!

Customer service is terrible.
I ordered toasting flutes and wanted them each to be personalized with something different and larger font (they're for pictures so I wanted to be able to see what was written). I emailed and called and both times CS said it was all set. Great, right?! Well, they came in the mail and although they were personalized with the right sayings, the font was too small. So they completely disregarded my two requests even though they said I was 'all set'. I am so angry. Since then I have tried calling and emailing because they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and conveniently no one has answered my calls or emails. I had a list of things I wanted to purchase as my wedding got closer but I might have to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased the measuring spoons for my daughters bridal shower. They came beautifully packaged and were reasonably priced. They were a hit at the luncheon! Something everyone can always use.
Not the best first experience, but would order again
First, several days after I placed my order I got an email saying they had trouble processing my payment, but when i called they seemed to have cleared the server problem. Then the product was not packaged very well when it arrived. I love the kissing bells though and couldn't beat the price! I am just glad they made it in one piece.

Everything showed up I got my package way before it was sopose to come in I ordered on a Wednesday night and got it Tuesday
No communication!
I ordered a monogrammed whiskey set. I didn't get any corresponding emails or anything that let me know they had received my order. After a couple of weeks I almost reordered but decided to wait on it. My account was never charged. I had no way of knowing but I really didn't want two of them. A week later it showed up. Poor communication and slow delivery is the reason for my low rating. The product itself is as described and was delivered without damage.

Engraved German Beer Steins
The beer steins are great quality and all of the engraving is wonderful. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase, but we only gave 4 stars because each stein had a made in sticker adhered to front glass on each mug. It took much time to remove the sticker and all left over residue. We would suggest you place the sticker on a easier to remove spot or include an insert and no sticker at all.
