The company is doing great with the level of certifications offered. It would be nice to see more advanced certifications in Neurology, Exercise Physiology, Functional Kinesiology, etc.
Great education tools for ongoing professional development
The access to so many certifications is clearly a plus. I personally have been a certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years now and it’s good to have such an easy to use service such as Expert Rating to continue accessing the necessary information and testing features to remain up to date and relevant.
The material was very detailed and informative.
I'd recommend for anyone looking for some helpful information.

Don’t go with this company
Don’t go with this company, they charge you for doing nothing a $30 for the re certification and if you are after the year they charge $25 for a late fee!! This is a totally abusive company for doing nothing!!

Delay in receiving the certificate (hard copy)
Though courses are good, getting physical certificate is not easy. There is no one accountable for the same to ensure the certificate is received by the trainee. I complete my certification course on 13th August (a month back), till date I do not have the certificate in hand. Send a few follow-up emails/ raised a ticket but no +ve progress.

I received two certifications from ExpertRating in August, and the experience was excellent both times. Signing up was easy, the tests were clear, and the support was responsive. The certifications helped me a lot and gave me more confidence. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would give the course an 8/10. Gives you a lot of the basics. Easy to navigate site as well as saving progress and being able to go back to each individual chapter. Got my certification within 2 days with passing on the first try.
While the certification courses are ok...
While the certification courses are ok. After you finish you are awarded with a certification. Add some money to that cert to have it laminated for it to get put in the envelope with no protection besides the warning (DO NOT BEND). I am now the owner of this badly bent up certification that expertrating wont help resolve. Wrote a support ticket for it to just be closed without any explanation.
