He took the time to go out of his way to find seats for my clients as well as write out information that will help me explain to them the cost for the entire trip. I cannot say enough thank you to him for his extensive service on behalf of Farebuzz. I have made a few mistakes in this booking, but this agent has gone above and beyond to help me work through them. Very unhappy with customer service the phone system is horrible horrible. So much hold time and u don’t get no answer sometimes I have to call couple of times to get hold of someone this is not right it’s summer time busy timing.

You booking site is hands down 100%…
You booking site is hands down 100% easier than several other search engines I have used. I booked 5 fights for clients using the additional $25 commission and appreciate the option. Your staff saw the 5 bookings with one card and called before they reached out to my client to verify authorization. I appreciate the heads up so I could let me client know, they appreciated the additional security.

Tracy made this SPECIAL!..After numerous attempts on line and even more by phone..(terrible connections, and being put on hold)..I finally reached TRACY in New York! Success with my $32,000 BOOKING!.. Just a party of 4. Tracy even arranged a small commission for me. I have other issues, not with Tracy for sure) The real test of this review.. If I actually hear back from someone about my not being able to access your booking website. and of coursse when to expect our commission.

Communication Issues
I was not able to find the flights I needed on line so I called to book my clients airfare on the phone. The agent who assisted me had a very strong accent and it was very hard to understand what he was saying.
