I bought 3 business class tickets this summer from the USA to Europe. While I was in Europe, some issues came up and I had to cancel my return flight. I contacted Farefuzz for a cancellation and requested a partial refund. They promised they would refund me, but 4 months later, they disappeared. At first, they kept giving me “today or tomorrow” excuses. Eventually, they just vanished. It’s a complete scam.

Farefuzz delivers great service and value

James was incredibly responsive, responding back within minutes every time I sent him a message. He provided clear guidance, suggested some different flights and ultimately let me choose the flight I deemed the best. I entertained this service because I wanted to try Business Class at a somewhat reasonable and affordable price. Expertise seems to be with business or first-class flights.
