SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!!!!!! Or Negative rating. They should not run this business how they are going to show their face to GOD!!!!!!! In my opinion, this company engages in misleading business practices and false advertising. This has been the worst flight booking experience of my life. I booked an emergency flight from Winnipeg to Toronto for July 31 after seeing an advertised fare of around $140. After booking, I received a call saying the advertised price was only a promotional fare. First, I was asked to pay $357, then I was told another promotion would make it about $225 which I agreed to. On July 25, they called me and told me that my ticket was confirmed. I trusted their word. Today, when I called because I had still not received my e-ticket or confirmation email, they completely changed their story. They claimed my ticket had never been confirmed and that the fare had now increased to $430. How can a ticket be confirmed one day and "never confirmed" a few days later? This makes absolutely no sense. To make matters even worse, they cancelled my booking without sending me any cancellation email, and I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I contact them, I get the same response: "Our backend team is processing it." No answers, no accountability, and no transparency. Based on my experience, this felt like misleading communication and false advertising. The advertised price was not honored, the information kept changing, and I was left without a ticket despite being told it was confirmed. I booked this flight because of an emergency, and instead of helping, this company caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and left me scrambling for another flight. **I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking through this company read all the negative reviews first and proceed with extreme caution. My experience has completely destroyed my trust in this busin

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this website. I booked a flight from Winnipeg to Toronto for July 31. The original ticket price was $140. After booking, I received an email saying the fare had changed and I had to pay $225 instead. I paid the higher amount because I needed my ticket. Later, I was told that my ticket was confirmed. However, when I called today because I still hadn’t received a proper ticket confirmation, I was shocked to hear that my ticket was still not confirmed. They then told me the fare had increased again to over $400 and demanded even more money. When I refused to pay and asked them to cancel my booking, they told me I would receive a full refund. But I have not received any cancellation email, no refund, and no confirmation that my booking was cancelled. The money has already been deducted from my account, yet there is no proper record or resolution. This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. Changing the fare multiple times after taking payment and asking customers for more money is completely unacceptable. Promising a refund without actually processing it is even worse. Please be very careful before booking through this company. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same experience. I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and my bank if the refund is not processed immediately.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE. I found a hard to believe deal here and was about to purchase when I realized that it was probably a scam. They started to send me messages asking for the payment, and then they told me that the actual hard to believe price was just to hold the fare. The actual amount was higher than any of the flights I had seen on googleflights. Please do not book with this airline.
