The flail mower that I have is pretty good. But it is belt run and I burned up the belts. It took me forever to get a hold of customer service and spare parts department to find the right belt. But when I ordered it they sent me the wrong item. The label had the wrong part number on it and I explainef that to them. It was a real inconvenience for me to run to the post office to return the wrong part back and wait another week for the belts I ordered. Yet I wasn't compensated for any of it.

The product seems to built strong, however there are a few things that would help. The PTO pump should have a locking pin on it to keep from moving off the shaft. I realize it comes with a chain to help support it, but that allows for quite a bit of movement. Also clearer directions on hooking up the hydraulic hoses, I had to figure most of it out by looking at web pics. Hooking and Unhooking the unit from the tractor is quite a process, there should be a stand to set it on.

This is the best cutter I ever bought, I wish I would have gotten it years ago.
The process was very easy except for the delivery, not the fault of Farmry. I had to drive a hour and 20 minutes away to get it are wait an extra two weeks for the to be deliver it.
The flail mower is built like a truck. Seems to work ok. Problem is FAQ type info. It doesn’t exist. Now as I’m using it in tall grass, the roller is getting bound up w grass. No info.

My flail mower was on back order even being a back order I received it in a timely manner. The price that I paid Was less than your competitors. The product came in a wooden box and was very well packaged. The product was also quality made. I will be enjoying this mower for years to come selling quality products at a good price I will be back to buy more.

I purchased a CP85 wood chipper…
I purchased a CP85 wood chipper recently from Farmry. Their website states that they inspect their equipment, and ship from their headquarters, Statesville, NC. Neither of which are true. My chipper was shipped from California, and I received it with the flywheel bearing collar missing it's set screws. So was it inspected? I doubt it. After about 20 minutes of service, it started making a terrible thudding and grinding noise. Although I'm only an 1 1/2 hours from Statesville, no one came out to assist. It wasn't until I had further disassembled the chipper, that I'd discovered the problem. There were no set screws on the bearing collar, allowing the flywheel to move forward in it's housing, binding it up. No visit from customer service. The only thing they offered was to mail me set screws which would be removed from their display unit.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, Excellent product, easy assembly. Made stumps disappear.
Delivery was on time and driver was very courteous and helpful. Had to get a buddy from the local tractor sales store to help with the connection for the shaft to the grinder but other than that, no issues with assembly, connections or operation. The stump grinder is preforming as described and has been used to successfully grind around 10 stumps this far. Would recommend for purchase.
I bought the LFS61 inch flail mower and I have it mounted to a John Deere 3025E. The mower works well for the 15 acre field that I maintain. Make sure to watch a video or 10 to ensure that you understand the adjustments and get it set up correctly. If set up correctly it will have a slight lean high in the front and sitting on the roller in the back, just a couple of degrees. The correct set up will also allow the mower to roll over uneven terrain and obstacles without hitting the knifes. The mower handles tall field grass and small saplings well. Leaves a really nice finish. The only thing I have found that it doesn’t do well with is kudzu vines, they tend to wrap around the spindle and make a mess. It might just be my set up though.
69" Slide Flail Mower was exceptional. It was quality made and robust and sturdy. It did everything it was supposed to do and worked flawlessly. Staff communication was excellent dealing with specific agriculture situations and delivery was fast, courteous with simple unloading.
There was a short delay in shipping (approx 3-4 weeks), however there was no hurry to receive mower so it really wasn't a big inconvenience. Communication through the delay was good, kept in the loop on status so I was happy. Received the mower, works well so far.
The only suggestion I have so far is to include flow restrictors on the hydraulics. Every customer has to do this before use due to hyper active movement when hydraulics are activated.
