This is a scam company just wanting your info
This is a scam company. They ran a $1 hoodie promotion only to collect customers data and then to cancel all the orders. I want all of my data deleted from their servers. DON'T FALL FOR IT. THEY ARE DATA MINING SCHEMES!! Update: Let's not hide behind your story to try and hide what you were doing. If what you say is true, there are 1000s of ways to prevent what you said happened. You could have set order limits or created unique promo codes for those who attended the event. You knew exactly what you were doing. You wanted free exposure, free advertising, and you were data mining for people's emails and contact info without wanting to pay for it.

Hello there! Thank you for contacting the Fast Store. We’re sorry that your order was canceled. Earlier this week, we ran a promotion for $1 hoodies and socks at an event in the United Kingdom. The offer was valid for one (1) item, only for attendees at the event who visited our booth. Someone in attendance shared a URL to the discounted product without our company’s consent, and you likely accessed this product from the SlickDeals website or elsewhere online. Any orders placed by buyers who were not eligible to redeem this special offer were refunded and canceled.

Hello there! Thank you for your order from the Fast Store. Regarding the import fees, unfortunately, this is not something we can control at this time. While our fulfillment partner ShipBob does a great job, they do not currently offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solution that allows Fast to pay for these fees. We included a disclaimer on the product page that import fees may be incurred. You should also have the option to refuse the delivery and may contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to notify them of this. To do what we can, I have issued you a $1 refund for this order. I know it is a small amount, but it is what we can refund because it is what we collected. To be clear, we did not collect these funds. The import fees are paid to the carrier and other government entities. I'm sorry I could not do more.
