The package had many holes in it when it arrived. It looked like it had been through World War II. Fortunately, none of the bolts were missing out of the package. My suggestion is that you use better packaging so that you don’t have this kind of a situation it also delayed the shipment to me
They shipped out my rivets but the rivets weren't delivered due to a postal issue i then asked for a refund once they received the rivets back ,i was told for over a month now they were going to do it but every time i call back she says they are going to take care of it but i still have yet to get my refund!!!!!its been over a month and multiple phone calls!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I was able to find bolts of both the size and material I needed. I ordered accordingly. Shipping was free and the items arrived in good time. The quality is excellent.
First package arrived damaged and all but one screw were lost . Called customer service and got me my order resent the same day . Thank you !!
Product (brass screws) was good quality and very reasonably priced. Shipping was also free and quick. This company appears to be quite customer oriented. Will buy from them again.
Well designed, intuitive website. Clear description of product. Reasonable price. Flexible shipping options, inclduing FREE. NOTE: this review is only for the order process. I do not have the product yet. So cannot say about its quality.
Delivery was way quicker than I had imagined. The product is first class and being in stock was great. Being able to PayPal made the transaction so easy. I definitely will be using your company in the future and I plan on spreading the word to my friends and family who also have businesses.
With their large selection, I have always been able to find what I need. Website is easy to navigate, and purchased items arrived as scheduled and exactly as ordered. Quality of items has been terrific. I was completely satisfied in my dealings with Fastenere.
I needed some 5/32 aluminum pop rivets with aluminum mandrels that are good to 1/2 inch thickness. I live in a salt air environment near the ocean and aluminum rivets with steel mandrels do no hold up as well. The remaining mandrel stub rusts and corrodes. These rivets were exactly what I needed.
