Proofing is deceptive, pens looked nothing like image of proof. Customer service would not offer any remedy when pens came and were difficult to read. Never again nor would I recommend .

Great service! Very easy to customize our pens, and good communication. Process was actually very quick and we got our pens on time for the event.

The price for a small quantity was ideal. Designing my pen was easy to do on the website and the pens looked exactly as I expected. My only disappointment was that I chose a "Dark Red" pen which should be maroon, and the pens are ruby red.
