intentional fraud and customer exploitation

The delivery took six weeks, despite the declared processing time being significantly shorter. In addition, I ordered a specific flavor, but received a mix of different flavors instead. I agreed to return the products so they could be forwarded to another person, which resulted in additional fuel and courier costs on my side. I was promised a refund, which I never received. Instead, the same devices were sent to me again. I placed another order and once again received a package with an incorrect nicotine content. To this day, I have not received either the promised refund or reimbursement for the costs I incurred. In my opinion, this constitutes deliberate misconduct and an intentional attempt to deceive customers.
