I believe that yoga and meditation should have much more demand in the society than these two things have nowadays, mostly because they really help people to get relaxed, forget about all the difficulties in their lives andrelieve anxiety. Of course, every human beings prefers his/her own way of relaxation, however I'm convinced that meditation is the most effective way to have a rest.
