The service was great! I am so pleased, and intend to use Felt again. Thank you for having such polite, helpful, and communicative associates. This has eased a very difficult chore.

Their service is great. Clothes is clean and on time
Felt is always providing a great service at a timely manner, have been a customer for more than 2 months and never had issues.
I have been using Felt services for a few months now, after having used two other services over the past year or so. I could not be more pleased. The online scheduling is so easy, they are always on time, their prices are fair, and they are always super friendly!
We’re glad you’re enjoying the service! Thank you for supporting us and happy holidays.
Great timly service everything always comes back clean and well organized My only worry is that I will forget how to do my own laundry but as long as I'm living in the area they have a customer
Thank you so much for being a customer of ours! Ha don’t worry if you forget to do your laundry there is always YouTube to help. We are very appreciative of you!
This service is fantastic! I have been using it for over six months and it has been a game changer to me. They are extremely communicative and kind! Definitely will keep using
We're so glad you've been having a wonderful experience with us! we appreciate you.
Truly genuine, caring, and accommodating! Feltservices is a company you can feel safe with leaving your clothes to be laundered . Extremely great on communication, and knowing their clients. As a family of 6 we have trusted them for over a year with bi monthly service. You will not be disappointed
Thank you for being a loyal customer and sharing your thoughts and experiences with us! We appreciate you so much Carrie!
I love Felt services. For my most recent order, I paid for next day delivery but they returned my laundry the same day. They also respond quickly and are very courteous
We’re happy you have gotten the fast speedy services we provide! (: thank you for using our platform. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
They’re service has been game changing. We’ve no car and 0 laundromats within walking distance. You tell yourself you’ll do it later but it’s late, you worked a lot - so you say you’ll do it later-er until the holidays roll around and now you’ve gone through your entire wardrobe with nothing to wear. I’ve used similar services before but the quality was always inconsistent and frustrating. Felt Services is a business with kind and super attentive care. Their pick-up and delivery is quick and simple, clothing is so neatly folded and condensed in easy to carry secure bags. The clothing always looks and feels like new. They are amazing to have around in the neighborhood. This family business knows how to do things right.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience with our service we truly appreciate you guys so much! We love you.
In life it’s necessary to make choices and as long as these ladies are in business, I choose to never do laundry again! They are trustworthy, hard working and do a great job.
Thank you for being a loyal customer of ours and thank you for your kind words we sincerely appreciate it!
