Stay away from these scammers.
Stay away from these scammers. Used Files Editor to edit some PDF files, expecting a simple, one-off transaction. To my shock, a few days later they charged my bank account £48.15 without my clear consent for an ongoing subscription. When I contacted customer support to demand a refund, they completely ignored my refund request and instead claimed they were upgrading me to a "lifetime free plan" to keep my money. When I refused this offer and insisted on getting my money back, they revoked my account access and removed the billing section entirely—yet still kept my funds! Taking payment without transparent consent, refusing to issue a refund, and then locking out the customer while keeping their money is completely unacceptable behavior. I have had to escalate this directly to my bank as an unauthorized chargeback dispute. Avoid this site at all costs!

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY
I used their trial services once and several months later I see a bill on my credit card for $249. Their service sucked in the first place and could not edit the file I needed to and if I really wanted to, I would use Adobe and their subscrtiption is way less as well as much more capable than files-editor. I requested a refund and cancellation and they still did not want to refund my money. STAY AWAY From this website. SCAMMERS
