Prices were comparable to big box…
Prices were comparable to big box stores considering you are paying a few more bucks for convenience. Website ordering process was clunky but I assume that’s the last time I should have to do that for awhile.

I haven’t gotten on update on my order…
I haven’t gotten on update on my order in 7 days. I have tried contacting customer service but I just get a server error when I try. Responding to the comment from Filtertime. I still haven’t received my shipment. I checked the address in the account. It is correct and tried to pull up the tracking shipping and it still doesn’t have an update. And when I try to contact them it still shows an error.

Ordering confusion
On the website, need to make it clear on the initial page that the number of filters being ordered is a TOTAL number being ordered, and not the number of filters of a given size.
