In the beginning I was disappointed with how a discount was handled but after speaking to Tim about it I was taken care of very well. I am so sorry about this misunderstanding. After I talked with the consultant that connected with you I found out that he did not understand that he could give a partial refund. Our website and brick and mortars are two different systems and he is newer with our company. No harm meant and I would like to refund your order the $15 and then an extra $5 as a small token of my appreciation for this situation. I would be frustrated too!
