Fantastic service. After looking for information/reviews for the web site I bought a Daiwa reel. Even with shipping it was considerably cheaper than i could find from a UK company. Ordered on a Tuesday evening, paid for express delivery and it arrived on the Thursday. Very impressive considering it comes from Austria. Will definitely use again

Bought the reel from FISHERNATOR which only lasted 3 trips. I sent them the video of it as requested and then they just disappeared. All my further messages and questions are being ignored. It’s been almost a month without any resolution.

Very reasonable prices and a big inventory of quality fishing gear. I had an incident with a defect Shimano S.T.C. light telescopic spinner rod that broke during the first week of purchase. Obviously, it could have been my fault by wrong use. It was a matter of total trust from Fishernator to acknowledge the possible defect of the product on my testimony alone. They responded to my email in less than 6 hours with a total refund of the purchase. I give Fishernator 5 out of 5 starts for excellent service and inventory.
Purchased 2 x Daiwa Emblem reels for £112 each plus shipping . £50 cheaper per reel from anywhere I could source in the UK. 2 day delivery from Austria & this was the economy delivery - what a great experience- don’t hesitate to buy from this company

Bought a rod and reel from them. Was skeptical about the legitimacy of the website as some reviews weren’t great, I proceeded to take a chance with them as the prices were unbeatable. I selected and payed for express shipping As the company is based in Germany but it still it took a week and a half to arrive which was disappointing but this can happen with customs. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and can’t really complain about the shipping time as the prices are great.

I have mixed feelings. Prices were good and delivery was very fast, but when I had to reach customer service about the products, it become clear that they have absolutely no clue about the items or what they are used for.
Superb online purchase, enquired for 4 Penn Slammer IV, pinged a message to check stock, confirmed by them so ordered, arrived a couple of days later. They use FedEx’s courier service which is first class. Would definitely use this company again.
