The ease of ordering and selecting an installer made the process very easy and efficient. There was no need to stand there and try to figure out what to order when in a store. Keep in mind, weekends are very busy for the installers so choose a weekday if possible!

This is new to me. Buying tires online seemed a little unheard of. Im used to seeing what tires Im buying first. Anyways I didn’t know what to expect. Turns out everything went smooth well almost I have a C5 Corvette with staggered wheels 18” in back 17” up front. I wanted to try this new tire from Arroyo because they offered a two year road hazard warranty along with a limited 50k mile warranty but they only had the rear available and they told me that Arroyo didn’t make the size I needed for the front but that was ok I bought the two rear anyway and I found the two upfront at another dealer for $195.00 for the pair. I ordered my tires around 2 pm and I got a text from the tire shop where I had them delivered at 8 am the next morning asking when I would like to come in to have them installed so I made the appointment for the next day went had the installed. Now because of theyre support at fix go I had mentioned to them I really would have loved to have bought all four from them and I kid you not half hour later they sent me a link for my front tires for an amazing $133.00 for the pair. So I purchased them. And im in the process of them getting to the tire dealer to get them installed. Im really glad I went this route and bought my tires with fix go

A lot of tire brands for selection. The purchase process online is easy and price is good.
I needed tires and usually get them from box stores. They no longer carried the size I needed and went online. FIXGO had BF Goodrich I usually get at a very reasonable price and the ordering and delivery to a local shop was super easy and accommodating with my schedule. Installation was easy and this made purchasing from FIXGO the way to go for me.

for the price i can’t complain. i had to get two different tire sizes for my 2023 lexus is 350 f sport // these are staggered tires for the rear . and so the only issue i had was i noticed one pair of tires was made in the year 2024. it still looked new i’ll give it that but one think maybe the tires were left in the sun baking for some time. not too worried but again, price was goood, installation was kept simple. would use this service again
I was ordering tires on my mobile device and there was a link to save an additional amount if I installed the app. It clearly showed how much I would save on my existing order and that it was stackable with other coupons. After downloading the app, I placed the items in my cart. The system said the coupon was expired. The screen continually reloaded when I searched for information, then clear my cart, completely frustrating. I used the chat feature and received delayed answers that were unrelated to my question. Eventually I found the coupon section within my profile on the app and it was only valid for orders over a certain amount. This is completely deceptive since it originally showed how much I would save on my order without any mention of a minimum order. I called customer service and they would not honor the coupon. I needed the tires quickly and did not want to go through the process of finding another place to purchase them. The order came in fairly quickly. I am hesitant to use this company in the future.
