Honestly, I had just found a roof leak on a Sunday, I knew my roof was old so I figured I would try and get a rough idea of a cost. Started looking and found this site. I happen to be burning the midnight oil and the FIXR ad came about while I was looking at home improvement things. I completed the quick and simple intake form and got a call from a reputable local contractor the next day. They came out the very next day and made me knowledgeable of all the things I needed for my house project. It was the best contractor experience I’ve had since owning a home. No cap! We use a lot of advertising platforms and no other site currently has the requirements or flaws this site has. This is so 2010!!! Here is a quick summary of how this platform works for a contractor. -Spend a lot of money up front on an unproven advertising product -Be told that your leads are going to be exclusive but find out that 6 other contractors are making calls at the same time as us -Be told that about 40 leads are given per month in the 5 counties you work in but for some reason we have only received 8 plus -Have your phone on speed dial for when the call comes in you and get to it in time and pray like heck that you win the lottery of the customer answering your call. -If you miss the call and return it within 5 minutes, you are then to late and the customer will not answer because they had so many others reach out to them
