I ordered a flag on May 31st. It was to be used on Flag day and 250th celebration/4th of July. Today is June 14th (Flag Day). My order was not prepared for shipping until June 10th but STILL HAS NOT left the warehouse. The order email reads it would be shipped in "1-3 days". Their website reads "Shipping Time: You will receive your order within: 7 – 9 business days (within the U.S.)" Their refund police states that refunds will only be issued in the "unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you." What a scam! Never again!!! I emailed their customer support several times. First, to request that the flag not be sent since it would not arrive on time. They responded that any order had to be canceled within one business day, and it could not be canceled at that point. Their policy is that in order to get a refund, you need preapproval from them. This entails getting a confirmation letter and a shipping label. I emailed asking for a shipping label and the required letter of confirmation so that I could send back the flag once it arrives, l was told I could not get a refund unless the item was defective or damaged.

First time i purchased from Flagwix. The 2 flags I ordered were received in a timely manner. They are beautiful flags and very well made. I ordered 1 for myself and 1 for my son. We are displaying them proudly.

I ordered the commemorative 3x5 flag and a garden commemorative flag each with a Ragdoll Cat motif. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and beauty of both flags. Superior quality and fast friendly service. When my large American flag wears, which I purchased from a different company, I will replace it with Flagwix. Their flags are silky but hold up.

Customer service was wonderful- we experienced issues with our flag not sliding onto the pole easily. We reached out to them and shared our issue and a new one was shipped out that worked great.

While the quality stands up, I feel hoodwinked because while the company is in the USA, the product is being made and sent from China. Their emails make it sound like the additional business days for delivery is because they are working diligently on the flags... when in fact, it's because they are being sent from overseas.

2026 flag. it was so easy to order. So many great choices. A little pricey but definitely worth it. The material is strong and the flag is well made. I highly recommend this company and am actually saving up for my next flag. I love it. thank you.

Flagwix offers so many cute flags it was hard to choose just one :). Once I received the flag I immediately hung it out front. My neighbors love it! I love the “we are all neighbors” flag for its colors and message. Mr. Rogers “sweater” in the middle of the flag is easily recognized by onlookers, which I think evokes a feeling of wholesomeness and love. I can’t wait to order another flag.

Great company to do business with. We purchased several items, including a heavy duty double-sided flag, a fence banner, and t-shirts. Product qualiity is very good. Ordering was easy and the customer support is excellent. The USPS damaged one of our items in shipping. After we contacted Flagwix and sent photos they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement item. Kept us posted on the process and even contacted us to aks if the replacement item was ok.
