The person who handled my inquiries for my company gift was Erwan Genevisse. All I can say was that it was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. I was looking for safe water bottles to distribute/donate, I found Flashbay while doing an internet search. I wrote to them Satah replied promptly. She was fantastic answering all my queries over a few rounds of email. They also were ready to send me a free sample infact they want to the extent to find company name and logo from my website and sent me the design of the bottle.
They also gave me a special price on knowing that it was for donation. She promptly changed the design on my request. Payment was fast and easy. The bottles reached us timely through fedex: they were very well packaged, right color, right logo and in perfect condition. Super impressed as I normally don’t order online much unless it is known source.
