I was on a mission to find a specific spirit for a specific cocktail and none of my regular sources had it. On a lark I dropped into the Studio City west location and was greeted by their kind and knowledgable staff who not only knew what I was looking for but were able to see that they had it at their Highlandpark location. They had it transferred over and I was able to pick it up the next day. Fantastic experience - 10/10 would recommend
Great, customized and curated service. Will be a repeat customer, for sure!
I've been to the shop on Ventura Blvd and had them deliver to my house. Exceptional service both times! I placed an order on line and they called me almost immediatly to schedule the delivery. You don't get that kind of customer service from the big box stores. But you really must go into the shop. Wonderfully stocked with wine, liquor, accessories, and plenty of knowledge. I'd stay for the wine alone, but hearing their experienced staff talk about wine is worth the trip. They can answer all your questions. Just go! It's worth the trip. You'll be FINE.
Thanks for the detailed review. Glad both your visit to our Studio City shop and the home delivery hit the mark. Quick follow-up and a well-stocked wine and liquor set are exactly what we aim for! Hope to see you again soon.
I had purchased a bottle of liquor from online and had a suspicion of fraud. I contacted Flask support to verify my order and we realized someone had created a fraudulent website using flask products. Flask support immediately started to investigate and took action to get the website shut down. I was refunded my full cost and was very grateful for Flask immediate action. Thanks Peter.
super helpful, all I can say!
Bottle was securely packaged and arrived quickly.
I had a great overall experience. I contacted them with a very special bottle and they got back to me quick with a very reasonable offer. They have awesome customer service and made the whole process at ease. I highly recommend flaskfinewines.com for all your collections and for your new collection additions!
I had an amazing experience with Flask. Upon placing my order online I called the store for some recommendations and they were so helpful! Thank you so much Flask for helping me pick out some delicious wines for our dinner party and for the amazing service. I will definitely order again.
Awesome gift wrapping, was hesitant to pay extra for the fancy one but turned out to be well worth it
Flask Fine Wines are "stand up" folks and I would be happy to do business with them again even though my experience did not start out that way. I purchased some bottles of a White Burgundy we are fond of from Flask Fine Wines and upon uncorking the first bottle, we knew something was wrong. The wine was a dark yellow/brown color and we knew this to not be correct. Long story short, after some investigation on their part, they determined that the winery had discovered a Premox issue with that particular year and offered us a full refund. Mistakes happen. It's how people fix it that determines average from great customer service and Flask Fine Wines falls into my GREAT category. Highly recommend FFW.
Great transaction. Excellent communication. Superb customer service. Would buy again.
Very helpful discussions with Mr. Reimer
Great selection and comparable prices. Bottles were packed safely for shipment and arrived promply in good condition. Researched a number of online liquor stores but many were not rated highly for reliability/service. Will buy again from Flask.
Kim at Flask is amazing. Always super helpful and responds right away.
Issue was researched and resolved.
I’ve been a customer and a loyal neighbor to the flask for close to 40 years ever since I moved into Studio City. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a special relationship with Jonathan Reimer.
Friendly to navigate on the website to get to the wines. Check out process is a breeze. And the order protected securely arrived on time in perfect condition. And the shipping fees is low compared to the others wine merchants. Happy to find this company by chance!
You made my day when Dębowa vodka showed up on your site and shipping was available to get it all the way here to Tennessee! It’s been my favorite for quite a while. The only disappointment is that out of all the flavors, you only have one. So make my day again and see if the others are available. Some of the other oak flavors are: black, white, red and duChène. They have several different containers, but I’m only interested in those mentioned here; especially duChène!
Finally found a reputable storefront online that sold a liquor that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Received my order within a week, packaged perfectly, and customer service was off the charts. I will absolutely buy from them again soon!
Flask had a hard-to-find beer in stock so I bought all they had. Arrived quickly in great condition. Perfect experience. Thanks
