Raya was helpful in finding a good flight, explained our options and made suggestions. Monk explained the booking process, and amenities offered. Felix reconfirmed our reservations, checked if we had any concerns and explained the boarding passes system. Overall, the process was a bit long due to a couple of glitches but the customer service was very good.
