Your canvases
Your canvases, customer services, beads/drills and delivery are fantastic. I highly recommend you to all my diamond kit friends. I do wish you would add on some kits with AB drills though. Thank you and keep up your great work.
I ordered art on April 30, 2020, Not received
I ordered a large diamond art on April 30, 2020. On May 24, 2020 I got a text with a tracking number saying it had been shipped. I allowed extra time because of Covid. As of today, July1, 2020, it still has not come. I’ve tried tracking it many times but have been unsuccessful. I texted back, no response. I called and a recording informed me the number could not be reached, 1 (936) 262-3652. I am very disappointed as this was going to be a gift.

Bit of a delay getting here ..
Bit of a delay getting here ... unavoidable ... but excellent customer service.
The staff member that served me
The staff member that served me, went out of there way to help me, which I really appreciated. I have a wide foot and high instep which makes it extremely difficult to get comfortable work boots. I have worn these already with no blisters, aches or pain. Thank you so much. Regards, Sue
