Horrible customer service

Their products and shipping are over all great. I had a few issues with a couple vapes being broken on delivery. Tried to message customer service several times for any kind of help and never got a reply. I have since gone with another site.

A hassle all around
Ok so I bought a few cart batteries quite a while ago and was supposed to get the leather editions which cost more and was sent the regular plastic ones. When I contacted them about the issue they wanted me to send the products back to them (which is fine) but in order to do so I was expected to go through the hassle of getting a label printed and making a stop to send it. Now here I am reading my old emails thinking again about how they never sent me the items, or refunded the price difference, they told me they’d send the items and they simply didn’t. So I’m sure they won’t do anything about it now since it’s been so long but I have to say I do not really recommend this site. And probably won’t use it again. Poor customer service and lack of follow through.. with all the tax that they are charging for vape now any extra trouble isn’t worth it. Just go to a shop instead
Great Buisness
I've ordered 5x maybe more. I had a problem that wasn't the sellers fault (new vape dead when opened) I reached out to the seller and it was rectified quickly. I always get exactly what I order, quickly and the sales are great. As long as I vape, SuorinVape.com will have my business. Local shop sells my vapes for more than double when I buy here.
