It's the second time that I reserve business class tickets through Tom Bernard, who is quite competent and professional. He gave me several options and it was easy to select the best choice. I recommend him highly if you need an agent who could efficiently handle your requests.

Gabriel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, a clear communicator, got the best pricing. He offered great suggestions as we are traveling as a group from different cities. We will be sitting together on the plane. We will be meeting up in London Heathrow and fly together to our final destination. We will be contacting Gabriel for future travel arrangements. Sergio did a great job finding the exact flights that we needed at the best price! Unlike other luxury flight services I have worked with he also booked seats, secured a wheel chair and added our TSA ane FF numbers to the reservation!
