I booked on two separate recommended sites from cheap flights.com ,(top flightfares and FlyODeals ) and they both turned out to be scams. I bought my flyodeals ticket on 5/16. I immediately was provided an itinerary which made it seem legit. A few hours later I received an email stating that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service who by the way was the same man every time I called. The man said oh your ticket wasn’t available so you will need to pay an additional fare to secure the ticket, I paid the additional fee because it still cheaper than all others. Well after not receiving my ticket I called back and each time I called the man would say, you will get your ticket tomorrow, I never got it. The last time I called and was angry and told the man he was a scammer and he said if you know it is a scam then why you keep calling and he hung up in my face. Now I’m disputing this through my bank. STAY FAR AWAY!

DO NOT USE FLYODEALS - FRAUD - Charged $488.99, tickets never delivered

​​​DO NOT USE FLYODEALS. On July 12, 2025, agent Vaalian Diaz charged my card $488.99 (Booking FL225547) for Spirit Airlines DTW to MCO for 3 passengers. Tickets promised by July 14. NEVER delivered. Company stopped all communication when I requested refund. Charged as "Vacationwares/Flyodeals" on statement. Reports filed with FTC, Delaware DOJ and FBI/IC3. Multiple victims report same fraud pattern. Phone: +1(877)379-0080. BEWARE - SCAM.

failure to provide airline tickets. change price after booking. after booking they said that tickets will be seen with in 24hours. call airline to find out they don't have records of purchase. this company is a SCAM

Flyodeals joke.

After purchasing my original ticket for $90, they called me to inform me that the flight was not available and upped my charge to almost $200 for another flight through a different Airline. After paying the 200 extra dollars Because I had no other choice i had to fight them and call numerous times to get a confirmation number for my flight. The agent I talked to was extremely rude and yelled at me more than once. I will never be using this organization again and I think they should be reported and investigated.

I recently had a terrible experience…

I recently had a terrible experience with Flyodeals. This website appears to be a complete scam. After booking a flight, I never received my ticket. What's worse, they are completely unreachable – they don't answer their phones, and I received no response to my emails. I am now out of pocket and have no flight. I strongly advise avoiding Flyodeals at all costs!

This places is horrible ! Horrible customer service ! A bunch of foreigners that don’t know how to talk to people and don’t make since at all….this is the second time i have tried them 1st time i booked a little ticket for my friend that ended up having and emergency and couldn’t use it so they gave me a credit …mind you we don’t even get a confirmation code for this flight til a hour or so before the flight was suppose to leave…so i had a flight credit for that previous flight…there site is reading one price and they tell me there site is not updated ..there getting pricing from the airline side. Which is crazy because the airline side is cheaper as well …there site price has changed 2-3 times aswell as the airline side which is still cheaper ..they state ohhh by the time of ur flight the tickets will be the price you paid …that defeats the point of buying the flight early so that i can beat paying a higher amount ..i was told the manager was going to call me never got a follow up an everytime i ask to speak with one there never “available” and everytime i call its the same exact rude nasty rude guy with outrageous absurd customer service and i get told the same exact thing…you ask them a question and they go around the question..never got my confirmation number for this flight as well i have been told i was going to get it in 24 and its a week later still no email with that …after i use this flight finally with them i willlllll NEVERRrrrrr BOOK WITH THEM EVER again 10/10 i DO NOT RECOMMEND them AT ALL !!!!

It was very complicated at first after speaking to staff members who were very inconsistent with regards to information on my booking confirmation but I luckily got one staff member called Dino Lopez who was finally able to send me my confirmation number and boarding pass. Very competent and helpful guy Dino!

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! I booked a flight and then I was waiting for confirmation to be able to check into the flight. I received an email from the company stating that I needed to call them back to finish up my booking. Then they tried to scam me out of an additional $230 stating that the flight that I paid for, and I booked through their website no longer had seats. I told them to give me a refund then, and I was denied a refund stating that they do not give refunds. My only option was to pay an additional $230 or loses out on my money that I had already paid for the ticket they sold me on their site.. FRAUD

SCAM DO NOT BUY! When it was time for my tickets the company no longer responded. I am reporting this to fbi and bbb and may more . My card company als flagged this company for other card users to be aware this is a scam . I missed court because of these lies and the owner knew I had court and personally spoke with me himself . My card was charged before I agreed to terms .

Scam scam scam. I never got my boarding passes at all. They kept delaying saying it was the airlines, then Blaming time difference ( oh yeah they are overseas and barely speak English).

Flyodeals started off ok. The rep was nice. Had supercheap tickets in a comparison, so went with them. The rep said no tickets left at that price, ok heres the hook. So he quoted me a price in line with the rest, and more for extra baggage. Reasonable comparable price. So agreed to charges, told my ticket would arrive in email. 24 hours still no ticket, called, yes it will be there after 6pm, i leave the next morning. Ok 6pm, 7pm, 8 pm still no ticket. Called no anaswer. Bought another ticket on another airline, a deal ticket, because i just spent my money on this ticket. Deal ok. But now comes the real issues. My ticket never showed up, i first left emails, starting that day. No response to emails. So i start calling, no answer first couple of days. Finally get a hold of someone in the evening, told to call back in morning, couldnt help. Call back, told refund initiated, should hit 5 to 7 days. Which is unacceptable, however i conceeded. After 7days no refund. Call back, told oh you would like a refund, i can help with that, no i want the refund started 7 days sgo. There is no refund, i can start one, 10 to 14 days you will have. Refused to let me speak to supervisor, asked for email confirming the process of getting my refund. The email states one to two billing cycles. Again for a supervisor, refused. The parent company for flyodeal is VACATION WARES. These people are crooks, liars, and have no customer service skills, the company.is owned by a single entity, please stop giving this picklebee your hard earned money. Pay the extra couple of dollars to avoid this company like the plaque. They cost me time and money. I am stuck in arizona because of their incompetence. Im sure they will laugh at this review, but if it keeps people from spending their hard earned money here, they wont laugh anymore. Theresa
