Hey Raymond, We truly apologize for the shortage on that item. The manufacturer was and still is out of stock so we were only able to fulfill what was available through them. You have been refunded on the portion of the order that was short. It's not often that shortages like this occur, however, when they do, we'll send you the update email like our operations team did and close out + refund any items that are not available. I think that there also may have been some confusion too on you receiving a Powers Anchor product in a DeWalt box? Stanley Black & Decker (DeWalt) acquired Powers Fasteners in 2016 and they have begun rebranding many of these products to include the DeWalt name. You'll see even their site now indicates DeWalt Anchors, engineered by Powers http://anchors.dewalt.com/anchors/ Because we were depleting all remaining stock in their company to fulfill your order, you received some stock that was packaged in a DeWalt box. It is the exact same product. Same company. It comes from the exact same warehouse, just in "updated" packaging. My guess is that over time, all of their packaging and branding will begin to evolve to the DeWalt brand.
